Africa: upper reaches of the Okavango, Kafue (Ref. 7248 ), Zambezi and Quanza (Ref. 11970 , 52193 , 120641 ). Also in the Kunene (Ref. 120641 ). In the Congo basin present in the Lake Mweru system (Ref. 26709 , 42540 ) up to the Bangweulu-Chambesi area (Ref. 42135 , 95585 ), in the upper Lualaba and in the upper Kasai (Ref. 41590 ) and Kwilu systems (Ref. 11970 ).
