Southwest Atlantic: From Southern Brazil to northern Argentina (Ref. 42513 ). Previous reports from New South Wales and Victoria (Australia) and New Zealand are misidentifications for Notopogon xenosoma Regan, 1914 (Ref. 42513 ).
