The Allegheny Pearl Dace (Margariscus margarita) is a species of freshwater ray-finned fish in the class Teleostei. It belongs to the order Cypriniformes, family Leuciscidae and subfamily Plagopterinae. It is a demersal freshwater fish with a dark green back and silvery body.
