Indo-Pacific: Mauritius to New Guinea, Lord Howe Island, and New Zealand (Ref. 26346 ), north to Japan and east to the Hawaiian Islands. Eastern Pacific: Easter Island (Ref. 9068 ) and the Galapagos.
