Hyaloglanis obliquus is a species of freshwater ray-finned fish belonging to the family Trichomycteridae and the subfamily Glanapteryginae, the miniature pencil catfishes. This species is endemic to the Rio Preto da Eva drainage in the central Brazilian Amazon. This species reaches a length of 1.55 cm (0.61 in).
