The blackchin guitarfish (Glaucostegus cemiculus, formerly Rhinobatos cemiculus) is a species of cartilaginous fish in the family Rhinobatidae. It is native to the eastern Atlantic Ocean and the Mediterranean Sea. It is a bottom-dwelling fish feeding on crustaceans, other invertebrates and fish.
