Africa: Alima and Likouala Rivers in Republic of Congo, as well as in Pool Malebo (Ref. 87349 ). Reports from other localities (eg Ruki, middle Congo near Kisangani or Lualaba River; Ref. 27139 ) are probably misidentifications (Ref. 87349 ).
