Africa: widespread in coastal basins from the Sanaga (Cameroon) to the Chiloango (Cabinda Province of Angola) (Ref. 81638 ). Also found in the middle (Ref. 1879 , 11970 ) and lower Congo River basin (Ref. 88782 ).
