- Atlantic Ocean: off Mauritania in the eastern Atlantic; in the western Atlantic, known from the continental slope and rise between 41° and 31°N, 65° and 78°W, from the Recife area and Mid-Atlantic Ridge between 35° and 45°N. Eastern Pacific: east of Prince Wales Island, Alaska (Ref. 26282 ) and British Columbia, Canada (Ref. 11980 ); to south of southern California (Ref. 36385 ).
