小型盧亞矮脂鯉為輻鰭魚綱脂鯉目琴脂鯉亞目複齒脂鯉科的其中一種，為熱帶淡水魚，分布於非洲盧阿拉巴河、剛果河上游、Luapula、Luvua河流域，體長可達4.4公分，棲息在底中層水域，生活習性不明。
