Also found in Brazil (Ref. 47377 ). Western Pacific: Japan, Philippines, New Caledonia, between Fiji and Tonga Islands, Australia (Ref. 7300 ), New Zealand (Ref. 5755 ). Indian Ocean (Ref. 47377 ).
