中型塔爾氏盤麗魚（學名：Symphysodon tarzoo，其种加词意思为泰山的动物、丛林的动物）或称绿盘丽鱼（英語：green discus），為輻鰭魚綱鱸形目隆頭魚亞目慈鯛科的其中一種，分布於南美洲亞馬遜河西部流域，體長可達13.2公分，棲息在河川中底層水域，生活習性不明。

- South America: western Amazon river drainages west of the Purus Arch (Ref. 91098 ). The ranges of S. aequifasciatus and S. tarzoo are roughly divided by the Purus arch (located between Manaus and Rio Bauana) with only a few S. tarzoo specimens from the Madeira river downstream of the arch, and no S. aequifasciatus specimens from locations upstream of the arch.
