克拉克大麻哈魚（学名：Oncorhynchus clarkii），俗称割喉鱒（英語：cutthroat trout），是鲑科麻哈魚屬的一種溫帶淡水辐鳍鱼，分布於北美洲太平洋西北地区、科迪勒拉山系（包括大盆地）和密苏里河上游流域，在北美曾有过仅次于湖鳟的栖息范围，可做為適合各种烹飪方式的食用魚，另亦可做為游钓鱼（特别是飞蝇钓）和觀賞魚。割喉鳟的拉丁文种小名“clarkii”源于刘易斯与克拉克远征，原因是探险家威廉·克拉克在1805年的远征日记中首次记载了在现今蒙大拿州大瀑布城附近的密苏里河上游中看到的一条割喉鳟；割喉鳟的亚种之一西坡割喉鳟（O. c. lewisi）则是以梅里韦瑟·刘易斯命名。

分布: Eastern Pacific: northern parts of Prince William Sound, Alaska, south to the Eel River in northern California, USA and is found in most streams emptying into the Pacific. Widely introduced into various streams and lakes within its natural range, as well as into a few lakes in eastern North America. In some streams it may be the most numerous sport fish present, while other streams support only small populations. At least 14 subspecies have been historically recognized (Ref. 5723 ).
