Himantolophus stewarti

斯氏鞭冠鮟鱇為輻鰭魚綱鮟鱇目棘茄魚亞目鞭冠鮟鱇科的其中一種，為深海魚類，分布於西南太平洋的塔斯曼海海域，棲息深度400-1413公尺，雌魚體長可達12.4公分，生活習性不明，不具經濟價值。

Himantolophus stewarti is probably everywhere sympatric with its sister species H. appelii , both restricted to the southern parts of the Atlantic, Indian, and Pacific oceans below 27°S and extending into the Southern Ocean. Most of the known material was taken off New Zealand and Tasmania, with scattered records from off southern Australia, the central and western Indian Ocean, off South Africa, the Falkland Islands, and off the southern tip of Chile. A large proportion of the known material (70%) was collected with bottom trawls at depth between 400 and 1413 m.
