大型單麗魚（學名：Cichla monoculus），為條鰭魚綱䲁形目麗魚科麗魚屬的其中一種，分布於南美洲亞馬遜河流域，體長可達80公分，棲息在底中層水域，屬肉食性，生活習性不明，可作為食用魚及觀賞魚。
