懷氏旗鱂，為輻鰭魚綱鯉齒目鰕鱂亞目鰕鱂科的其中一種，為熱帶淡水魚，被IUCN列為易危保育類動物，分布於非洲喀麥隆、中非共和國與剛果淡水流域，體長可達5公分，棲息在雨林、草原覆蓋的溪流底中層水域，生活習性不明，可作為觀賞魚。

分布: Africa: Dja and Sangha drainages in Cameroon, Central African Republic and Republic of Congo (Ref. 47461 ). Also in the upper Ivindo (Ogooué River basin) in north-western Republic of Congo (Ref. 80395 ). Possibly also in the upper Likouala in Republic of Congo (see map in Ref. 47461 ), but this needs confirmation. Report from upper Sanaga questionable and unconfirmed in Ref. 80395 .
