The Yoknapatawpha darter (Etheostoma faulkneri) is a species of freshwater ray-finned fish, a darter from the subfamily Etheostomatinae, part of the family Percidae. It is endemic to the Yocona River watershed of north-central Mississippi in the United States. The Yoknapatawpha darter was initially considered to be a unique clade of the Yazoo darter.
